Diane and I just wanted to drop you a note to say "Thank you" for the professionalism and expertise you provided to us while working for us putting together our daughter’s wedding. When Lana, Tim, Diane and I first met you we were somewhat skeptical on how things would turn out, doing a destination wedding in Key West.

Our fears were alleviated when you took the time to explain the process as well as your responsibilities during the year leading up to the wedding. By the time we left Key West after our first meeting we felt confident in your ability to create a wedding that Lana and Tim had hoped for.

Your attention to detail during the year of planning was exceptional, keeping us informed as to the progress you were making with the necessary parties involved with putting this affair together. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and any issues were quickly resolved.

When we spoke to some of the vendors we were looking to use, from the photographer to the sites for the Friday evening reception to the Sunday brunch the vendors assured us that we had, in you, the best wedding coordinator they had ever worked with.

When we look back on the wedding day, where everything came together, we truly knew how fantastic a job you did by the comments from our guests. Many of them had never attended a wedding on the beach and between the scenes from the beach to the reception at the Truman House, everything Lana and Tim had hoped for was accomplished in large part to the work you did.

From the first conversation I had with Stephanie I knew this was going to be a spectacular wedding. Over the course of a year, she not only proved herself to be an incredible event planner but also became a great friend. I know what I like and most of the time it is hard for me to find the words to explain my vision. Stephanie, not only translated my ideas to the various vendors, she brought my vision to life. Every flower, every color, every linen, every detail was exactly what I had pictured. Her direction, her feedback, her knowledge of the business and her unbelievable support allowed me to realize that I was working with the best of the best.
